This class is offered in person on the Lawn at Tucker Yoga Co-op. In case of rain we will be in the Screened Pavilion in front of the lawn space. Space is LIMITED to 12 participants.

Advance registration required. We have marked out spaces 8 feet apart for your peace of mind. You can practice barefoot on the grass and get "Earthing" energy or on your mat as you wish. Classical Hatha Yoga explores the traditional asanas (or "poses") of yoga, with basic to intermediate options offered. Strong alignment focus. Calming breathing techniques and meditative aspects of the practice may be featured.

Qi Gong is a centuries-old system of coordinated body posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for the purposes of health and spirituality. It is a practice to cultivate and balance qi (pronounced approximately as "chi"), translated as "life energy”. Qigong practice typically involves moving meditation, coordinating slow-flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and a calm meditative state of mind. Barbara Marin has been practicing for 17 years using Radiant Heart QiGong developed by Teja Bell. Weather permitting we will practice outdoors in bare feet to maximize our connection to Earth energy.

Kundalini is the yoga of your highest human potential. Class will begin with a warm up, and include a full kriya (kriyas in Kundalini are particular sets of asanas, mudra and breathwork combined in various ways), a specific group meditation, and a deep relaxation at the end of each class.

Suitable for any level of fitness or age. Deeply meditative and well suited to these turbulent times. We will work each week on anxiety, stress and personal health toward a better world for us all.
