Kundalini is the yoga of your highest human potential. Class will begin with a warm up, and include a full kriya (kriyas in Kundalini are particular sets of asanas, mudra and breathwork combined in various ways), a specific group meditation, and a deep relaxation at the end of each class.
Suitable for any level of fitness or age. Deeply meditative and well suited to these turbulent times. We will work each week on anxiety, stress and personal health toward a better world for us all.
